About Me

I have 30+ years of work experience and have a passion for inspiring leadership and motivated teams. I can help with strategic planning, organisational design or transformational change but I believe true success relies on people so I would rather consider myself a leadership and team excellence enthusiast.

I have held global leadership and line management accountabilities for more than 15 years including strategic organisational design and implementation, transformational change, internal communication and people strategies.

I started Anything-Is-Possible to focus on leadership, team excellence, change management, and employee engagement because organisations don’t change – people do. These areas were the critical success factors for my own leadership journey.

Let me help you prepare for change. We can look at the benefits and accountabilities of leading change. I can look at the organizations readiness and capacity for change and help leaders understand the mind-sets and behaviours they need to role model to ensure the future solution is embraced, adopted and utilized.

Let’s assess the change carefully first and then manage the change at both the individual and organizational levels. There are hundreds of tools and methodologies – let’s find the right set for your specific change and make sure you have the right people helping lead the change .

Let me meet your team; understand where they are as a collective and as individuals. Use a combination of diagnostic and personal assessments to see how best we can bring about excellence.

The team can be local, virtual, new or experienced – I have experience in all types of teams and be it communication, decision making, conflict resolution, creative thinking, engagement or managing change I can ensure diversity is embraced and expertise leveraged so everyone is motivated for both personal and team success.

I believe I have a unique combination of experience and expertise because I’ve been a leader myself and worked in a variety of organisational designs. I know what hinders, hurts and helps. I combine nearly 3 decades of working knowledge with emotional intelligence and focus on understanding self and others.

    I like to think my enthusiasm for leadership and team excellence is infectious! I have such a passion for the topic I decided to leave full time employment for a global pharmaceutical company and start up on my own. What I like the most is spending time helping others move their own leadership journey forward.

  • What are your biggest professional influences (books, mentors, events)?

    My grandmother who is 96 years old and still provides me with observations and insights that I can translate into the work that I do. She asks me the most amazing questions - so simple but so impactful. She may never have written a book and think that a TED talk is something to do with male friends giving each other advice - but she has most definitely inspired me.
