I am a hands-on part-time CFO/COO for small businesses that are not yet ready for a full-time executive. I take on financial, administrative and operating tasks that take a CEO's time away from his or her primary function: growing the business. I have expertise in finance and accounting; banking relationships; systems; contracts, including government contracting and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR); human resources, facilities, and most administrative functions.
