This seasonal program allows participants to collaborate in discussion of martial theory, while providing a safe setting for building skill sets and enhancing application experience.

In a recession climate it was a great challenge, but with a great leadership team and sales/leasing team, we expanded into our namesake, our clients and listings literally encompassed every corner of the City, we were able to successfully lease out full projects and offer development support to some of Philadelphia's most well respected investors and developers. Goes to show, hard work, dedication and a motivated team can make it anywhere. *Proud to have been involved in launching West Village Residences, and worked with major luxury residences including Dranoff, Scully, Shapiro, etc...

    Helped launch a real estate office specializing in leasing, development, and management of properties primarily in campus markets, but expanded to successfully manage, lease out and consult for center city, Chinatown, south Philadelphia, and northeast. Was a great experience, and left a significant mark in the history of Philadelphia real estate.

    Recruited to redevelop the Atid model, and brand. Originally focusing on a large investor portfolio in the Temple University, Olde City, and Fishtown areas, we reached a point of full occupancy, great tenant relationships, and expanded (if not, revolutionized) the Third-Party Management business. Successfully managed single/multi family, mixed used, full commercial, condominiums, and even went onto develop and pave the way for major development projects in the now extremely popular Fishtown, Northern Liberties, and Temple North areas. Proudly directly involved with the project known as 2424 Studios in Fishtown.

    August 2002 — August 2008

    One of the nations largest and most prolific real estate investment and development groups, with corporate offices in Miami, New York and Chicago. Involved in all cash buyouts, development, conversion and management of high-rise and garden style projects with investments of $25M with no upper limit. *Proud to have been involved in multiple highrise condominium conversion projects, and worked on due diligence for acquisition projects domestic and abroad.
