I agree with the other responses. Whatever reason you have for wanting to keep this information secret, you're better off getting it out in the open and working it through earlier in the process. Good luck!

Hi I agree Absolutely with Atul. If transparency isn't on your list it needs to be. All co-founders also need to hold themselves accountable for earning it too!

Absolutely! Otherwise, they should not be co-founders. There will be no trust if co-founders are in the dark about who owns what.
