What are the best books (print or ereader) on effective management for startups or small business teams?

I've just started reading Dave Ramsey's EntreLeadership. You can go to his website to gather more information. I hope this helps.

This is a problem that I ran into decades ago. While there are many great books on small business and leadership out there, I could never really find anything that stripped away the theory and really taught a small business owner what they needed to know to profitably run their business. So, I had to put the program together myself!

There is plenty of support on the website, and the blog http://yoursmallbusinessgrowth.com/ gives plenty of great reading that is currently being organized into the book.

I just finished Midas Touch which is cowritten by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. There's a great chapter on branding in particular.
