Looking for the most successful crowdfunding websites for early stage companies. Has anyone had success with them (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc...)?

I don't have any direct experience, but I've heard of several success stories with Kickstarter.

There are over 450 crowdfunding platforms/websites right now. The top ones seem to be (based on website traffic rank) kickstarter.com, indiegogo.com, rockethub.com, profounder.com, and peerbacker.com. These platforms usually charge entrepreneurs 3 to 5% of the funds raised and investors are charged a transaction fee of 1.5 to 2%.

Here's an article on how to pick the best crowdfunding platform - http://mashable.com/2012/06/18/crowdfunding-platform-business/

According to a recent Forbe's article (http://www.forbes.com/sites/ilyapozin/2012/06/28/crowdfunding-saving-the-u-s-economy-infographic/) there is a crowdfunding site called Rock The Post (www.rockthepost.com). They are only focus on crowdfunding for small business and entrepreneurs.

Hi I did collaborate on a successful Kickstarter project - SushiQuik - but it really favors products and projects. What is the nature of your startup? they estimate over 350 new crowd funding sites will be open for business when the new law comes into force. Again many will be sector focused.
Bootstrapping, bartering and FFF are more reliable and yet for the well prepared few with the right approach 30 day can get you 10-100K :)
